Eye to keep Melbourne Airport advertising rights

Outdoor media company Eye has held on to the advertising rights for Melbourne airport.

The announcement:

Sydney – Leading Out-of-Home media company, EYE, has today announced their success in retaining the advertising rights at Melbourne Airport. The new contract, which commences January 1, 2011, was secured by EYE following a competitive tender process and will for the first time include the external advertising signage at the airport.

Eye Fly’s partnership with Melbourne Airport will see all the advertising sites consolidated and offered to market as a single media offering. Previously external and internal media has been handled by different suppliers. This appointment reinforces Eye Fly’s position as the dominant media company for airport advertising across Australia and New Zealand, now offering media agencies and clients greater efficiency, with one point of contact and a more seamless, integrated approach to planning and buying.
