Fifi Box partners with Centrum for nutrient-rich ‘Wake Up Colourful’ campaign

Radio host Fifi Box is partnering with Centrum for its ‘Wake Up Colourful’ campaign – a movement designed to help Australians “get the nutrients their bodies need” for a better morning.

The announcement:

As a mum of two, breakfast radio host Fifi Box has to wake up feeling energetic every day. Announcing a new partnership with vitamin brand Centrum, Fifi has revealed how she has made a shift in her life to prioritise health, and is encouraging Aussies to adopt healthier habits too.

Juggling life as a mum with her work as one of Australia’s most loved radio hosts, Fifi has revealed the commitment she made to herself two years ago to make health and wellbeing a priority.

A true advocate for health, Fifi is now working with Centrum on its ‘Wake Up Colourful’ campaign, which aims to encourage Aussies to get the nutrients their bodies need to help them beat the morning ‘blergh’ feeling.

A new research study commissioned by Centrum revealed that 45% of Australians struggle to get out of bed in the morning*. Although many seem to be waking up lacking energy, 3 in 4 Australians believe that when they start the day well, they have a better day overall*. Centrum’s new campaign aims to encourage adopting healthy habits for a strong start to the day, with Fifi Box sharing her own secrets to keeping up with the juggle.

When asked about the partnership, Fifi said “Juggling the demands of being a mum is hard, and since having my second child, Daisy, I saw no choice but to focus on my health so I can be at my best for them each day. By focusing on striking a better balance with diet full of nutrients, and doing my best to live more of a balanced lifestyle over the past few years, I have started to feel more energetic than ever”

“What tends to help me stick to healthy habits, is starting my day on the right foot with a morning routine that is enjoyable and realistic for me to stick to. For me, this could include something as simple as always making the kids lunches, as it makes me feel accomplished before I’ve even left the house!”

“Working with Centrum feels like such a natural fit for me, and I am proud to be working alongside the brand aiming to inspire some Aussies to build healthier habits that will help them start their day feeling a little more colourful” continued Box.

Where many are not getting the nutrition they need, Centrum Multivitamins are designed to provide support, formulated with essential vitamins and minerals to help fill nutritional gaps where dietary intake is inadequate.
