Ita Buttrose in front running for ABC chair, reports claim
Former magazine editor, Ita Buttrose, is the front-runner for the ABC chair position, media outlets are reporting.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian, Buttrose is the leading candidate for the role, which became vacant after the resignation of chairman Justin Milne.

Having been overlooked for the job as ABC chair the PR company has been briefed to get public support for Ita as a candidate. The master stroke, they think, was to get Snotty come in behind and make it look like his idea. Problem is when you’ve been endorsed by Snotty you’re tainted for anyone with a working brain.
