Games, trivia, quizzes: Reddit launches interactive ads
Reddit wants you to make ads people can play
Reddit is introducing its own unique ad unit — Interactive Ads — in which brands can build and serve their own game-style advertisements with Reddit, featuring quizzes, countdowns, and mini games.
The feature is currently alpha testing for select advertisers. Electronic Arts, Red Bull, and Paramount already have interactive ads live on the platform, all of which are built through Reddit’s Developer Platform.
Paramount Pictures are promoting the upcoming Glen Powell film The Running Man using an escape-style video game, where the film’s trailer was unlocked upon completion of the game.
