Georgie Gardner out at Nine
Georgie Gardner will read her final news bulletin for Nine in a few weeks (pictured in 2022)
Nine presenter Georgie Gardner will leave the network next month, after 24 years.
Gardner started at 9News in 2002, presenting 6pm weekday weather and reading the morning news.
She moved to the Today Show in 2007 as a newsreader and occasional host where she remained for the next seven years. She was also appointed anchor of 9News Sydney’s 6pm weekend bulletin in 2009, a role she held for the proceeding 17 years.
