How to Get Away with Murder drops to 800,000 on second outing as MKR holds strong

How-to-Get-Away-With-Murder-how-to-get-away-with-murder-37620551-3500-2254The second outing of US crime drama How to Get Away with Murder saw its audience drop from 1.086m to 800,000 in Seven’s 9pm timeslot, as My Kitchen Rules continues to deliver the biggest audiences of the night.

Last week’s episode of How to Get Away with Murder was the most time-shifted show of the week, with an extra 168,000 viewers taking its audience to 1.237m.

MKR, in the 7.30pm timeslot, grabbed a metro audience of 1.715m and wast the most-watched show across all the demographics, easily out-rating Nine’s The Block: Triple Threat which pulled a metro audience of 779,000, up from last week’s audience of 724,000.

Both shows beat Ten’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here which was watched by 652,000 metro viewers, according to preliminary overnight metro figures from OzTam. It was up on last week’s audience of 581,000. Last night’s episode of I’m a Celebrity was also simulcast on One.
