Gladiators, ready: Ten locks in premiere date
Gladiators, ready. Challengers, ready. Spandex manufacturers, ready! Ten has announced the return date for Gladiators, one of the most anticipated shows of 2024.
The new era of Gladiators will be hosted by Liz Ellis and Beau Ryan, who both know their way around a sporting arena and a television set alike, and, rather than dragging the likes of Flame and Vulcan out of retirement, jacking them full of HGH, and sending them out to battle contestants half their age, Ten has cast a whole new set of Gladiators, with names like Arrow and Chaos and Maximus and Viking.
The show will premiere on Sunday, January 7 at 7.30pm on 10 and 10 Play, and as the below trailer shows, the new Gladiators can actually fly, shoot arrows of fire, and form fissures in the Earth’s surface merely by landing hard enough.
