Michael Gudinski revealed as closing keynote at Mumbrella’s Entertainment Marketing Summit
The most powerful and influential figure in the Australian music industry, Michael Gudinski, will be the closing keynote at the Mumbrella Entertainment Marketing Summit in November.

Gudinski will be interviewed about his 40-year journey to the top with Stuart Coupe, veteran Aussie rock writer and former band manager of The Hoodoo Gurus and Paul Kelly. Photo: Kate Ballis kate-ballis
Gudinski, who is responsible for touring some of the biggest international artists in Australia, including The Rolling Stones’ controversial 2014 tour, became a household name in the 1970s with his label Mushroom Records, and Frontier Touring.
Today, Mushroom Group is the largest independent music and entertainment group in Australia and New Zealand, comprised of companies covering the full spectrum of services within the music industry, including live venues, concert promotion, merchandise, publishing, artist management and marketing.
