Dr Mumbo has always felt sorry for those poor, misunderstood real estate agents.
It always seems to unfair that everybody assumes them to be tacky individuals with advertising to match.
Obviously in the case of those marketing this Gold Coast property, nothing could be further from the truth.

OMG! This is what we have joked about in advertising all these years to do as the ultimate most cheesy, tacky and insulting campaign ever…. and its become a reality!
The sad thing is that I did watch it, I remember Gold Coast Real Estate, they’re probably right that people will watch it until their servers blow up – although I have put it on my list of agents never to use and I’ll certainly remember their name.
Wow… Real estate has come a long way.. Not sure these guys are doing their industry any favours. I wonder if they are aware that over 65% of all real estate purchases are made or influenced by women? Jeepers….

Attention or cut-through is only one requirement for an effective ad.
Sure, this gets more attention and has already received more distribution.
But what will it do for price? Not much.
Will it help sell the property? My guess is no, but those boys on the couch sure enjoyed the day’s shoot…

The reality is that the Gold Coast is jam packed full of crass, cashed-up tossers for whom this sort of crap would appeal. And they probably have a dozen cashed-up tosser mates they would forward this to.
Will probably sell to some fella going thru a mid-lifer trying to score a twenty-something trophy wife, to go with his six-bedroom trophy house.
