Government body ASADA launches anti-doping campaign

The Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority has launched a new awareness campaign warning athletes of the risk of cheating through doping.

Australian Sport Anti Doping Authority, Mumbrella The “You can never win your reputation back” poster campaign, created by Canberra-based agency Zoo, will run through June and July, targeting athletes and their support staff.

The creative features an image of an athlete injecting himself with a prohibited substance.

Ambassadors enlisted to support the campaign are Olympic and World Champion rower Amber Halliday, Western Bulldogs star Robert Murphy; and Paralymic swimmer and world record holder Matthew Cowdrey.
