Growth at Nine pushes the Unmade Index higher

Solid growth from Australia’s biggest broadcasting/publishing group Nine (+0.43%) combined with erratic movement in one of its smallest publishers Aspermont (+33.3%) today to push the Unmade Index higher.

On the downside, Ooh Media led the falls, down 3.62%, with Sports Entertainment Group not far behind, down 3.45%. Enero was also down, falling 1.46%, while ARN slipped 1.25% and Ive edged lower, down 0.34%.

The only other stock that moved was News Corp, which rose 0.26%. That, being an order of magnitude bigger than Nine — itself more than 10 times bigger than Ooh in terms of market cap — is excluded from the Unmade Index calculations.
