Hamish & Andy’s European adventure rates for Nine
Radio duo Hamish Blake and Andy Lee beat the curse of the absentee Thursday night TV audiences with a strong debut for Hamish & Andy’s Euro Gap Year.
The show averaged a metro audience of 1.413m viewers, top for the night according to preliminary overnight ratings from OzTam.
Next was Seven News with 1.352m, followed by Nine’s The Block with 1.319m.
Ten’s Masterchef was sixth for the night with 1.058m.
Shades of last year’s show. Strong debut then falls away as the jokes become lame.
Do you have any ratings for Sunrise, Breakfast and Today?
Hi Christian,
The story is now updated with those numbers too.
Cheers,
Tim – Mumbrella
Might have to stop refering to them as ‘Radio Duo’… I’m sure there’s some wanky industry term we can come up with.. how about – ‘Cross Platform Duo’ given they have a million facey mates, shitloads of followers on instagram and twitter, a website, podcasts, a TV show, CD’s to their name and a little radio show. Oh, and one of them even has a logie, which is a TV award right?
