Health Reporter appoints Louise Johnson as editor

Louise Johnson has been appointed editor of Health Reporter, a website covering health news that launched earlier this month.

The Health Reporter, a new daily breaking news and opinion website focussed on Australia’s health system, has announced its first significant hire with the appointment of experienced digital journalist Louise Johnson to the position of Editor.

Johnson, whose work credits include stints as managing editor of NetGuide magazine in Australia and New Zealand, online media specialist at SEEK and as a content producer for Endemol working on cross media content for their Big Brother properties, has been working as a freelance journalist and digital consultant for a number of local and international clients for the past decade including a number of international business publications and as editorial director/producer at digital agency Clear Light Digital. She began her career as a journalist.
