Hearts & Science promotes OMD’s Jonathan Betts to chief experience officer
Omnicom Media Group’s newest media agency in the local market, Hearts & Science, has found talent from within the group to appoint its first chief experience officer.
Jonathan Betts has previously been with OMD for four years, working with clients including McDonald’s. He will take on the role at Hearts & Science in August.

The powerhouse duo of Betts and Gav Gibson on Maccas will be massively missed by the client, the loyal team at OMD and the many many who have touched the Maccas business even for a short while.. There is no beginning to the award winning work on Maccas over the last few years. It’s great to see both have been rewarded well by Omnicom and this sort of unique talent is recognised by the super dynamic management team there rather than them leave to probably one of the daily dynamic job offers they both (no doubt) received.
