Hill & Knowlton replaces Hutton with Marcus Warner
Hill & Knowlton has replaced Michelle Hutton with Norton Rose’s Marcus Warner in the role of managing director.
The announcement:
Hill & Knowlton has appointed Marcus Warner as Managing Director, Australia. He will start on July 1st 2010 and reports to Vivian Lines, President & COO Asia Pacific.
Mr Warner joins Hill & Knowlton from Norton Rose where he is currently Director of
Marketing. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and AstraZeneca.
“Marcus brings a strong mix of communications, sales and consumer marketing skills from the professional services and healthcare sectors. This will give an added dimension to our client work and bring a new perspective and leadership to our Australian operation,” said Vivian Lines.
Said Mr Warner: “Hill & Knowlton is a dominant brand in public relations and I am looking forward to working with the team to grow the company into new areas of business and build an even stronger profile for Hill & Knowlton.”
Outside of work Mr Warner is Treasurer of the Asia-Pacific Professional Services Marketing Association and is also a passionate ultra-marathon runner.
