Hisense Australia hires TAG as CRM partner
The consumer electronics brand has named TAG to support CRM and lifecycle marketing across 2026 following a successful strategy and audit process.

Leading consumer electronics brand Hisense Australia has appointed TAG as its customer relationship management (CRM) partner.
Following a successful digital strategy and CRM audit, the ongoing engagement will see TAG support Hisense’s CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across 2026, strengthening how the brand engages customers across the full journey.
The partnership will include campaign delivery and automation, alongside the transition to a more comprehensive segmentation model.
TAG will also work with Hisense on its first-party data strategy, enabling more consistent and personalised customer communications at scale.
