Host appoints ex-M&C Saatchi strategy director Gareth Cooper as executive planning director

M&C Saatchi Sydney executive strategy director Gareth Cooper has joined Host as executive planning director.

In a statement Cooper, who spent two years with left M&C before he left in January. said: “I’ve always admired and feared Host in equal measure, so I’m thrilled to join and continue the reputation. They’ve got a solid list of ambitious clients, and I’m always up for an adventure.”

Cooper joined M&C in 2012 having spent two years with BMF as head of planning. During his time at M&C, he ran the Optus account.
