How do you spell TNT?
Dr Mumbo is always happy to share office space with the good people of TNT magazine.
Naturally the backpacker title is a paragon of good grammar and even better spelling, at all times.
So Dr Mumbo was delighted to be present to capture the moment that publishing director Martin Lane discovered that the company ute – used for delivering copies of the magazine across Sydney – has been proudly proclaiming the title as the number one “indepednent” travellers’ magazine.
As you can see, Lane (also the man behind Thumbrella) took it quite well:
How long has it been like that? Since the Stacey days? Fail.
I’m pleased to point out the error was a recent one and the responsibility lays fairly and squarely at the feet of a Marrickville panel beating firm. Mind you, you’d think someone would have proofed it afterwards!
What a scandal indeed- is this the new Utegate?
Damo moonlights as a panelbeater?
