How to make a PR man disappear

Usually when PR people to a vanishing act, there’s a less than charitably reason.  

Bruce GlenBut in this case, Bruce Glen,  formerly GM of Ogilvy PR and principal of his own firm Bruce Glen PR, as well as a former executive from 2UE, 2GB and Prime Television, has an entirely new career – as a magician.

And he’s just been admitted to the world’s oldest magic club, The Magic Circle. He had to travel to London to show what he could do. He said: “I prepared a special performance piece that touched on the rich history and tradition of the club. It was a great honour just to perform there – let alone to be considered for membership.”

These days he performs on the corporate circuit as Bespoke Magic. He tells Dr Mumbo: “My PR and marketing experience has proved invaluable. My clients know that I speak their language. I can take a brief from them and deliver a performance that is not only fun and entertaining, but is also relevant to their audience and in line with their marketing strategy.”
