Husband of former Nielsen MD Monique Perry takes analytics company to court

Nielsen is preparing to return to court next month after a Fair Work complaint was filed by the husband of recently sacked managing director Monique Perry.
Ashley McMahon, a data engineer at Nielsen, was dismissed just two weeks before his wife and has lodged a claim alleging unlawful termination on 17 October 2025.
Court filings claim McMahon was sacked for exercising his workplace rights, including seeking legal advice in response to disciplinary allegations.
