IAB finally announces online currency launch
The Interactive Advertising Bureau’s long-awaited audience measurement system for internet advertising has been released after “an exhaustive process of review”.
Nielsen data will be available for the market from Wednesday of next week. The first period of recording will be the month of September 2011.
The methodology, provided by The Nielsen Company, has met the conditions of its ‘deed of endorsement’, and Nielsen is now entitled to use the term ‘Preferred Supplier’ for its data.
