Inlight announces expansion and three new hires

Digital agency Inlight has announced an expansion of its business operations, along with three new hires.

The announcement:

Melbourne based digital services business Inlight have kicked off 2021 with some exciting announcements and big plans for growth.

The news is two fold; with an expansion of their business operations and the strategic appointment of three new roles that will leverage their passion for exceptional client experience and digital delivery.

After recognising the ever increasing and constantly evolving technical needs of their clients, the Inlight Partner Network has been established, bringing together a collective of like minded digital services teams with specialist expertise and capabilities to form a best-in-class digital partner network.

Officially launching earlier this year, the network’s foundation partners include SEO specialists Optimising and data analytics consultants WhyHive, with plans to add more disciplines to the network in the coming months.

To support the launch of the Inlight Partner Network, Tom Webster joins the team as Partner Services Manager to help drive the growth within the network and collaborate with its partners.

“We have established the Inlight Partner Network with the belief that our clients’ big digital ambitions can be more effectively delivered by trusted networks of deep domain expertise. The wafer thin veneer created by supporting a broad service offering pushed by one-stop-shop agency providers no longer reflects the way that digital evolution is changing what organisations need from their partners.” says Mark Oliver, Inlight’s CEO.

Through the year of the pandemic, Inlight has seen an increase in clients on their roster, including winning the replatforming for global wine brand Accolade Wines and one of Australia’s leading industry superfunds, Hostplus.

To build upon these 2020 wins and continue their focus on prioritising client experience, Inlight has made two additional appointments, in newly created roles, to bolster client service and strategy credentials in the form of Digital Product Strategist, Nick Sutcliffe and Account Director, Sophie Bisset.

Sutcliffe joins from Avanade (formerly Loud & Clear) having previously worked in London and will leverage his experience across multiple industries and technologies to continue delivering on his passion for helping businesses get the most out of digital.

Bisset has 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications spanning multiple industries from healthcare and community outreach, arts management, FMCG, sports and tech.

Sophie will work closely with Client Services Director, Steph Webster to build on Inlight’s reputation for providing exceptional client experiences and identifying new opportunities for growth.
