It’s hard to get good help… that won’t report you to SafeWork NSW

Perhaps this post should have been called, “Did she just call her employees imbeciles?” Anyway…

It’s a candidate’s market right now. Media and marketing businesses are struggling to fill roles which, two years ago, would have drawn a line outside the fancy office doors a kilometre long with great applicants.

Most businesses are doing everything they can to keep their current employees and make it work for both parties while we ‘get through this together’.
