‘It’s time to branch out on my own’: Amazon Web Services communications head steps down and hints future plans

Amazon Web Services ANZ head of communications, Cameron Craig, has announced his resignation and shared plans to “branch out on [his] own”.

With an impressive 20-year career spanning leadership roles in communications at major tech companies, including Amazon, Apple, Visa, and PayPal, Craig has left a lasting mark on the industry. Notably, during his decade at Apple, he worked closely with founder Steve Jobs.
