IVE Group to buy Sydney indy Daily Press for up to $35m

ASX-listed marketing firm IVE Group is to fork out up to $35 million to acquire Sydney-based independent agency Daily Press.

The deal will see IVE pay $25 million in cash for 100% of the Daily Press by its completion on 31 December, followed by a further $10 million over a two-year earnout period, depending on targets being met.

Founded in 1999 by Wayne Knight, Daily Press is a creative agency with capabilities in print, social media, performance marketing, branding, web and app development, alongside video content production.
