James Perry exits Fandom Australia after 11 month stint

Entertainment and pop culture fan site Fandom has lost its managing director with James Perry having ‘moved on’ from the company after 11 months, Mumbrella can reveal.

The site, owned by US based digital media company Wikia, appointed Perry as the company’s first managing director of Fandom Australia and New Zealand, with plans to launch Fandom.com.au by March next year.

Perry, who was previously Evolve Media’s managing director, was involved with setting up the entertainment site locally. Following his appointment, Jeremy ‘Junglist’ Ray joined Fandom as Australia’s managing editor.
