John Casey joins Foxtel as group director of marketing
Following a series of changes to its team, Foxtel has announced John Casey as its group director of marketing.
Casey’s appointment to the newly created role comes five months after Kieren Cooney joined Foxtel as its chief marketing officer.

John Casey is one of the best bosses I’ve ever had across my career. An absolute professional who listens to ideas and genuinely cares about his staff. He thinks outside the box and is fantastic at what he does. Really can’t sing his praises loud enough.

The Business model is sinking, speaking of Business we are having massive Spin Down from Business customers like the Pubs cutting their services going to Racing.com via 7 Digital, not to mention the massive cord shaving spinning down customer Business seeing Sports customers disconnecting to streaming services. But i do love how some executives keep creating new roles and pay rises for themselves!
Well John said his leaving for personal reasons…yeah in truth after trying to get the management to refocus of customers failed miserably in the past 6 months and customers internal churn to Kayo seriously impacting traditional Foxtel revenue he just literally walked out of a Sydney meeting with Executive team e-mailed staff he was leaving!
