Kylie Rogers quits Ten, replaced by Melissa Fein as head of Generate
Kylie Rogers has quit as the head of Network Ten’s commercial creative division Generate and will be replaced by Melissa Fein.
Fein previously ran the creative solutions arms of Generate, covering strategy, sponsorship and integration. In her new role she will report to Ten’s chief sales officer Louise Barrett.
Rogers has worked with Ten for 17 years and was Ten’s national sales manager before she was made head of Generate when it launched in August last year.

It was only last week that Ten shouted from the rooftops that Generate and Premium selling was part of the solution and future.
It is criminal that Ten has allowed one of the most connected and respected manager’s to leave.
I wonder why ?
Good luck Kylie. Enjoy the break, and look forward to hearing about your next move.
Congrats Kylie on the new adventure!
A massive loss to lose someone of this quality. Kylie has blue tacked the place thru countless sales directors most of them she would buy and sell on ability and relationships with clients. If this is Hamish’s idea of strengthening senior management as reported last week then another X to him.
All the best Rog it was an absolute pleasure to have worked with you and enjoy the family time.
Congratulations Kylie on your commitment to Network Ten over the past 15+ years. Enjoy time with the family. Look forward to seeing you soon to celebrate this milestone.
All the best,
Stephanie
Its a special time to spend with your young children, have a rewarding time with them, and I look forward to seeing what you do next. Make sure you don’t leave this industry, we need women like you IN media !
spot on ponder. Kylie is the natural leader of that sales department and is respected by staff and industry. Smart, fair, decisive, talented. All the best for the break with the family Kylie.
Sad to see you go Kylie. You’re a true trooper and a downright bloody good person.
