Dr Mumbo congratulates the Daily Telegraph on convincing the Holroyd mayor Ross Grove to appear in this photo holding L-plates.

However, we wonder if the photo might be used down the track by Grove’s political opponents…

Surely, Politics 101 is never appear in the media carrying L-plates.

Just ask Mark Latham.
