Laneway Festival announces 2025 dates
St Jerome’s Laneway Festival is set to hit some of Australia and New Zealand’s capital cities in early 2025, announcing its touring dates and venues on Wednesday morning.
While the wider live music industry continues to struggle with the cost-of-living crisis and shifting audience preferences, Laneway is said to be “hard at work, moving proverbial mountains” to bring its 2025 line-up.
The Trans-Tasman festival will kick off at Auckland’s Western Springs on February 6, then Brisbane Showgrounds on February 8, Sydney Showground on February 9, Melbourne’s Flemington Park on February 14, and Adelaide’s Bonython Park on February 15. It’s final stop will be Perth’s Wellington Square on February 16.
Confirmed sponsors of the 2025 tour including Afterpay, Jameson, and KMC Academy.
Laneway has also partnered once again with ABC’s triple j, Destination NSW and the NSW Government, and the City of Perth.
The line-up is set to drop next Wednesday, October 9, while ticket pre-sale will take place on October 15.
