The laws of unintended phoenixing
The metaphor of a phoenix rising from the flames is evocative, so you can see why a PR wanted to use it when promoting a new small business.
In this case it was an email from WordStorm PR entitled: “How this phoenix rose from the ashes and launched a new business after her first business burnt down”.
No doubt this will have gotten the attention of many a business journo, although for all the wrong reasons.

This is hardly a story. Soz guys.
‘Phoenixing’ is hardly a technical term — the ATO and ASIC use it all the time in their PR/public information material.
A simple google search would have sorted it out.
