Leadership shakeup at Wesfarmers’ OneDigital

Wesfarmers, the Perth-based retail conglomerate that owns Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks, and Target, has announced a change in leadership in its retail loyalty program OneDigital, as managing director Nicole Sheffield steps down.

OneDigital was established in 2022, with Sheffield as its foundational managing director. The division of Wesfarmers ties together the company’s digital businesses, including the OnePass membership program, and the group’s data assets.

OneDigital’s chief technical officer Leah Balter has been appointed as the executive general manager. She was previously the chief information and transformation officer at Bunnings.
