Leo Burnett Sydney named AdNews’ Agency of the Year

Leo BurnettCreative agency Leo Burnett Sydney was named the agency of the year, as well as topping the ad network of the year and NSW agency of the year categories, at last night’s AdNews Awards.

Leo Burnett Sydney beat out Mnet, Soap and Cummins & Partners to take home the top gong.

Media agency Bohemia took home the award for media agency of the year, while UM NSW grabbed the media network of the year title for the second year running.

In the campaign categories, Saatchi & Saatchi’s ‘Penny and the Pirate’ for Luxottica Australia won the Game Change and Digitial campaign categories, while DDB Melbourne’s ‘Radiant Returns’ for Radiant won the ad campaign of the year award and the branded content award. Initiative picked up the media campaign of the year award for its work on Kia’s ‘Game On’.
