Lextech, an Australian fintech provider specialising in banking software and services has announced the appointment of Rafe Berding as chief growth officer. The strategic appointment is designed to drive customer growth, engagement and innovation.
Rafe Berding brings a wealth of experience to Lextech, having previously served as chief marketing officer of ASX-listed cybersecurity and cloud provider AUCyber, Chief Marketing Officer of dominant Australian legal software provider GlobalX, and chief customer officer of global legal technology leader Dye & Durham Australia. At GlobalX, Rafe played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leading force in the legal software industry, driving significant growth and innovation, culminating in its sale for $170 million. His extensive background in marketing, public relations, and corporate affairs, particularly within high-compliance and regulatory-driven industries, has seen him contribute to the success of some of Australia’s most prominent technology companies.
