‘Lifestyle TV that makes you feel something’: What to expect from a revamped The Living Room
Ten’s The Living Room returns to screens tonight, still fronted by its four charismatic hosts Amanda Keller, Barry Du Bois, Chris Brown, and Miguel Maestre.
But the 2020 return almost didn’t happen – last year the network announced it had split with production company WTFN and the show had been axed. Fast forward six months and it’s back, produced in house, with executive producer Caroline Swift at the helm.
Nice work Caroline & the Team. Can’t wait to see the revised version tonight!
How refreshing was the living room last night, a reno where you didnt go in and mock the hell out of the owners for their taste in their home or lack of keeping up with ‘on trend’ styling. It came across warmly that you sincerely cared about the vulnerable people that you wanted to help. It was just beautiful, well done guys, kindness is definately a novel reality tv angle and it is what we want to watch amid our world struggles we all find ourselves in. Not to mention the 3 hosts are pretty hilarious! Xoxo
Queer eye called & theu want their format back…
