Liz Hayes ‘pursuing new opportunities’ away from Nine after 44 years

Liz Hayes has announced she will be “pursuing new opportunities outside of the 9Network in 2025″, after an amazing 44-year run.

Her tenure spans 9News, Today, 60 Minutes and Under Investigation with Liz Hayes.

Although the network assures “Liz will remain part of the Nine family”, promising future appearances for “special stories and events broadcast on the 9Network”, the wording is certainly that of a retirement from the network.
