Head of Fairfax local and regional papers Nic Cola to depart

Nic Cola director of Fairfax’s Australian Community Media (ACM) and one of the company’s top digital executives is to depart the publisher.

Cola has been director of ACM, which publishes Fairfax’s regional, agricultural and local titles, since October of last year.

In announcing the departure Allen Williams, managing director of Australian Publishing Media, which is responsible for all of Fairfax’s newspapers said: “Nic is a highly talented and long-serving Fairfax executive who has worked in a variety roles in the business.
