Luke Littlefield steps up as Aegis CEO

Luke Littlefield has been promoted to CEO of Aegis Media Pacific in a move that positions him as credible successor to chairman Harold Mitchell.

However, the announcement also makes clear that Mitchell – founder of Mitchell & Partners which was acquired by Aegis Media last year – remains at the helm.

The announcement said: “Luke will continue to report to Chairman Harold Mitchell and Deputy Chairman Stuart Mitchell.”

At the time of posting Mitchell himself could not be reached for comment as he was on a flight to London. He joined the global board of Aegis after the merger gave him a substantial shareholding in the company.
