Mango’s Adam Burns to walk 1966km across South America to the FIFA World Cup

An account manager from public relations firm Mango will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the fastest time a football has been dribbled 1966km, walking across South America to the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Adam Burns, along with mates David Bewick and Pete Johnston will attempt to raise £20,000 for the J de V Arts Care Trust which will use the money to build a water well in Bahia, North East Brazil.

Retired England footballer Alan Shearer has wished the boys the best of luck in a video message.
