Marina Go to lead Bauer-Hearst glossies
Marina Go has emerged as general manager of the glossy titles published under Bauer’s joint venture with Hearst.
Her appointment to the helm of titles including Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and Cosmopolitan comes four days after she announced her resignation as CEO of Private Media.
Peter Holder announced his departure as publisher of the titles in April.
The move marks a return to the company after an absence of 20 years for Go. She was editor of Dolly and managing editor of Cosmo from 1989 to 1994 when the company was known as Australian Consolidated Press. ACP was sold to Bauer two years ago.
