Mark Mackay mumbrella Two years after his departure, Mark Mackay is returning to The Campaign Palace, Mumbrella can reveal.

Mackay quit as national chief executive in September 2008 and has been on a career break since then.

Mumbrella understands that staff were told of Mackay’s return on Friday afternoon.

Mackay has spent his entire career in the advertising industry since starting at McCann Erickson as a despatch boy in 1977.
