Mark Shaw exits Telstra

After repeatedly denying that national sales director Mark Shaw would be leaving, Telstra has announced that November 1 will be Shaw’s last at the company.

Shaw’s departure looked inevitable when the boss of Telstra Advertising Network, Michael Padden, announced a restructure of its management line-up but hadn’t named a job title for Shaw.

Padden told Mumbrella: “If you can think of a job title for Mark, let me know.”

Shaw was interim national sales director of Telstra Advertising Network, which was formed from the merger of Sensis Digital Media, Telstra Classifieds and BigPond Advertising in September.
