Marketing agency staffer Heath James charged with $318,000 fraud

An employee of a Sydney-based marketing agency has been charged with embezzling the company out of $318,000.

The man, 25 year-old Heath James from Darlinghurst, is charged with spending $127,000 on lavish gifts and expensive holidays.

He is also accused of siphoning $189,000 from his employer by using a company credit card.

It remains unclear which company James worked for, although it is believed to be based in Sydney’s CBD.
