MasterChef All Stars rates well among young for Ten

Ten’s MasterChef All Stars has held on to young viewers in the face of Nine’s Olympic dominance.

On Monday night, the short-run cooking show was the highest rating non-Olympic show in the 16-39 demographic, placing fourth.

The show has ranked as the top non-Olympic show for the 16-39 demo on more than one occasion since the games began ten days ago, including Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 August.

The show ranked sixth in 18-49 demo behind Nine’s clean run of Olympics, Nine News and A Current Affair and was second in its time slot of 7pm behind the Olympics, edging out Seven’s Home & Away, which came seventh.
