Masterchef helps Ten to stronger performance in key demographics
Ten’s cooking contest Masterchef was top show in the key advertising demographics on Wednesday night.
The show, which averaged 1.06m metro viewers, was third among all people and top among the age groups of 16-39, 18-49 and 25-54, according to preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTAM.
Last night’s episode saw contestant Emelia, a marketing coordinator from Victoria, slice off the tip of her finger and race against the clock to finish her dish before her rubber glove filled up with blood.

Masterchef is down to the “business end” of proceedings and I am guessing the ratings will only go up.No MC tonight!
