Masterchef soars as Rescue Special Ops flops

Masterchef was the standout performer on Monday night with an audience of 1.909m.

The big loser was Nine’s Rescue Special Ops on Nine which rated 718,000 and 603,000 for its double episodes.

However, Seven would also have been disappointed with the 1.161m audience garnered for The Amazing Race, according to preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTam. No Ordinary Family was also something of a disappointment, rating 807,000.

Nine’s best performer was The Big Bang Theory with 1.401m. Come Fly With Me rated 1.052m.
