PR firm M+C Partners settles legal case with former executive Asher Moses
Public relations agency Media+Capital Partners has settled its ongoing legal case with a former executive Asher Moses, the company announced today.
In November last year, Moses launched court action against what was for a time one of Australia’s fastest growing PR agencies, claiming he was unfairly ousted and wrongly deprived of his equity in the business.

When Moses first launched legal action in November, the former director claimed he was “frozen out from the business” and unlawfully dismissed.
Two months later, M+C Partners lodged its defence against the former director arguing Moses was a regular cannabis user and was “not attending work in accordance with his contractual terms”.
A Media+Capital Partners spokesperson said a statement provided to Mumbrella: “Media and Capital Partners and former employee Asher Moses today announce that they have reached an amicable settlement in relation to the proceedings between them in the Federal Circuit Court. The terms of the settlement are confidential to the Parties.
“Neither party will be making any further comment in relation to the matter.”
M+C Partners’ offerings include investor relations, crisis communications, corporate communications, investor relations, capital raising advisory services and media relations.
The advisory and public relations firm has around 30 employees and has worked with clients including Airbnb, Optus, GE, GoCatch, IAG.
Moses has been approached for comment.
