McCann wins $1.6m government account

McCann has landed a $1.6m federal government project to raise awareness of the role of carers.

The announcement:

SYDNEY, 15 March 2012: The federal government has appointed McCann to create a national campaign to raise awareness of the role and contribution of carers.

The National Carer Awareness Campaign and a series of associated Young Carer Festivals, taking place in June 2012, are part of the government’s commitment to provide carers with every opportunity to take part in all aspects of economic, social and community life.
