Smart operator – they’re lucky to have her.
Lilley was not a founder of SMART.
SMART, initially a more design focussed business, operated out of premises in Middle Park long before Lilley joined/took-over.

Nice one Nic!
All the best Nicole, yes a very smart operator and an absolute pleasure to work with.
And yes @Fact check is correct – the uber-talented Paul Findlay was the founder of SMART, originally as a design studio in South Melbourne (South.Melbourne.ART = S.M.A.R.T), long before I, or the other partners John Mescall and Ashley Farr, arrived. Paul now runs branding agency Brands to Life: https://www.brandstolife.com.au/
Thanks Ben. The story has been amended.
