MEC adds staff to Sydney office

WPP media agency MEC has bolstered its Sydney team with two new hires. Claire Richmond joins as trading director and Alex Hancocks as search director.

SYDNEY, 24 October 2011: MEC Australia has grown its Sydney team with two key appointments following a raft of recent business wins.

Claire Richmond has joined the agency as Sydney Trading Director, reporting to National Trading Director Sebastian Rennie. Claire has 10 years’ experience in both Sydney and Brisbane. Her most recent post was Group Investment Director on Lion Nathan at Zenith Optimedia, where she was for three years. She has previously worked at Starcom, Universal McCann and OMD.
